Vitamin D Test Kit-HCP

ImmunoCeutica’s Vitamin D Test Research Project is a unique opportunity to participate in Canadian Vitamin D research*. The project includes a general questionnaire, a test kit, and a personalized Vitamin D status report. Participants have the option to complete the questionnaire, or only have their Vitamin D tested when they register.

The test kit is shipped directly to you as the Health Care Provider. It includes detailed instructions, a lancet for finger-prick, sample collection paper, bandages, and a self-addressed shipping package for returning the sample.
